A customer was literally walking past our repair centre today on his way to buying a new phone, because his dead iPhone 4 wouldn’t power on. He initially called in to see if we could save the contacts from his phone onto a new one (we could), but we figured instead of trying to do that, we could save him a few hundred euro and see if his broken iPhone could be fixed.
