There isn’t much of a story to tell about this particular HTC phone repair; four day weekend for St Patrick’s Day, a dropped phone with a broken screen, see where I’m going with this?

The upside to all of this, is that one of our engineers was able to perform a HTC Desire 610 screen replacement in a couple of hours, getting the phone back as good as new, with a full 6 month warranty.
