So, E3 is upon us, and with that we have the inevitable contest between the big players. Who made the best presentation, who’s content are we excited about, how close to the eventual release game is this trailer (No Man’s Sky anyone?)?

This year, I’m happy to say that with the sheer volume of what appears to be excellent, original games from major developers, gamers are the real winners. No matter what your lane is with games, I don’t think any gamer would have been disappointed to see a trailer for The Last of Us II. From there, we have Death Stranded, which looks fantastic, we have Spider-Man, we have Kingdom Hearts, and many more.

Microsoft almost stole the show over the weekend with their upcoming releases (deep breath); Halo Infinite, Gears of War 5, Cyberpunk 2077, Devil May Cry 5, The Division 2, and Dying Light.

Anyone of the games mentioned above has the potential to be a best seller, or a ‘Game of The Year’, and that’s only a portion of what was seen at E3 so far.

Once everything is dissected after the dust settles, I’m sure we’ll here that Sony, or Microsoft ‘won’ E3, but in reality with the health of the industry at the moment, the customer will hopefully be the real winner
