In recent weeks, there has been a lot of coverage of the iPhone 6s, and a battery issue that is apparently plaguing some models and causing them to shut down unexpectedly. Apple have since explained, that during assembly of the phones, a certain component was exposed to the air for longer than it should have been, causing the iPhone 6s battery to degrade much faster than it should. Unfortunately, these types of issues are becoming all too common on the smartphone market, with a certain South Korean company springing to mind in particular.

Many consumers have not been too pleased with Apple’s response to the iPhone 6s battery issue, particularly as it seems that the issue may have extended beyond simply the iPhone 6s, and might also effect any iPhone produced in September or October 2015. If so, this would definitely have effected the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus. Most recently, Apple have denied that the issue has extended beyond the iPhone 6s, despite numerous reports to the contrary.
