For the majority of customers that we repair phones for, this is the first time they have had to have a phone repaired, as they have dropped their phone once, maybe twice. Then on the other hand, we have the customers that destroy phones, piece by piece until they eventually can’t work around the damage and end up coming in for repairs. 

The broken Galaxy S5 featured here definitely falls into the second category; the phone has had a tough life since it was purchased, and was battered and bruised from several falls and bumps. The customer brought his damaged Galaxy S5 in, as he could no longer see the display, so was in need of a Galaxy S5 screen replacement. Thankfully, one of our engineers was able to perform the S5 screen replacement within a couple of hours with a full 12 month warranty. Also, while we were working on the phone, the customer asked if we could do a Galaxy S5 camera replacement as well as a new Galaxy S5 battery.
